Site Plan Review
Site plan for the proposed Ford Blue Oval Battery Park can be found below. The initial submission was reviewed on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 9:00 AM at the Public Services Building Training Room. The Public Services Building is located at 900 South Marshall Avenue,
A follow-up session was held on September 28, 2023. Final comments were made on the site plan and a final submission is expected in the next 45-60 days.
Ford has submitted a revised site plan which was reviewed by the Development Review Team on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the City Hall Training Room, located at 323 West Michigan Avenue. You can view the meeting at the following Site Plan Review Recording.

Site Lighting Complaint
Lighting is regulated by the City Zoning Ordinance and is required for safety and security. Following a recent lighting complaint, the attached investigation was completed and verified by the City. (MEMO)
The City will continue to monitor the situation and work with the developer and contractors to comply with the City zoning ordinance. Site lighting and associated effects will increase as the site continues to be constructed and new lighting is added as allowed under the City Zoning Ordinance.
