Ford Blue OVal Battery PArk (BOBP) is coming to Marshall

Early in 2023, Ford announced that Marshall would be the home of its newest battery plant.  This page was created to share information with the community on the project as it moves forward to opening in 2026.

Site Plan Review

Site plan for the proposed Ford Blue Oval Battery Park can be found below.  The initial submission will be reviewed on Friday, May 19th at 9:00 AM at the Public Services Building Training Room.  The Public Services Building is located at 900 South Marshall Avenue,

A follow-up session was held on September 28, 2023.  Final comments were made on the site plan and a final submission is expected in the next 45-60 days.
