SCOPE

This project will create public infrastructure for a neighborhood street as part of the Valley View #1 development. The construction will include a new street scape with  curb and gutter road ending in a cul-de-sac, sidewalks, and City utilities (water, sewer, electric, and FiberNet).

FUNDING



The funding for this infrastructure comes from the Northeast NIA which is a local authority designed to promote development within City's. The project estimates for the infrastructure to support Valley View #1 are $1,200,000.
