Pay Utility or FiberNet Bill
This option is to have utility and FiberNet bill payments automatically deducted from your savings or checking account on (or up to 4 days prior to) the due date on your bill. The Finance Department urges all utility customers to use this option as it is the most efficient and is completely free to the customer. To enroll you simply fill out an Automatic Bill Payment Enrollment Form (PDF) and attach a voided check. The form can either be mailed in, placed in the drop box, or brought into the Finance Department. Your automatic bill payment will start when your next utility bill is calculated. Customers will continue to receive a monthly bill with the typical breakdown of charges with a special notation "Auto Deduct - Do Not Pay" as a reminder to not pay the bill manually. The automatic bill pay option may be stopped or canceled at any time prior to your next bill being calculated.
