Alley Closure
Due to an unexpected building issue at 112 N. Eagle St. the public alley south of this building will be closed for an indefinite period of time to vehicle traffic. This alley will be open to pedestrian traffic after the area is secured by the buildings contractor over the weekend. The garages for the properties at 152 and 156 W. Michigan will be accessible from Eagle Street. Rear parking for 148, 146 & 144 W. Michigan St. should still be accessible with access through the parking lot located on Mansion Street. Delivery trucks should enter the alley from Jefferson St. or through the parking lot entrances on Mansion Street. We understand that this alley closure is an inconvenience but at this time bracing must be installed to the buildings wall. Thanks for your understanding.
